Mr. Lateef Olaseinde Karim – LLB (Hons)

Associate Partner was called to the Nigeria Bar in July 1982. Prior to this, Mr. Karim attended Ansar-ud-Deen College, Isolo, Lagos between 1971 and 1975 from where he proceeded to the Lagos Baptist Academy for his Advance Level two year course which he successfully concluded in June 1977 and was admitted to read Law at the University of Lagos, Akoka in September 1977.

Mr. Karim graduated from the University in1981 and attended the Nigerian Law School for the mandatory one year course which he completed successfully in June 1982 and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in July 1982. Mr. Karim was posted to Kaduna State for his N.Y.S.C which he served with the Nigerian Army 1 Division at Kaduna while moonlighting with the firm of Gbenga Atoki & Co, on completion of his N.Y.S.C in 1983.

He joined the firm of Femi Okunnu & Co, where he practiced law till March 1989 when he set up his own law practice. Mr. Karim returned to the firm in July 2004 and since assumed office as the Managing Counsel.
